Compensation: $25–$28/hour + tips + monthly bonuses
Schedule: Operating hours approximately 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (weekends & holidays required)
Photography experience is a plus — but not required. We provide training!

Hot Shots Imaging is looking for an energetic, positive, and driven Sales Photography Site Manager to lead our on-site photo concession operation. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll inspire your team, deliver unforgettable guest experiences, and drive strong sales performance — all in a fun, fast-paced environment.

Position Overview
As the Site Manager, you will oversee daily operations of the photography concession while actively working alongside your team. You’ll lead, coach, and develop Imaging Sales Associates who rotate between photography, photo editing/printing, and sales.
You’ll be responsible for creating a fun and engaging guest experience while ensuring operational excellence and strong sales performance.
Primary Responsibilities
- Recruit, hire, train, and motivate Imaging Sales Associates
- Lead by example in photography, sales, and guest engagement
- Deliver and ensure exceptional guest service
- Drive and uphold high sales performance standards
- Prepare and file daily reports
- Manage inventory and staff scheduling
- Maintain a positive working relationship with the host partner
- Operate photography equipment (capture, edit, and print photos)
- Promote and upsell photo packages to guests
Qualifications & Skills
- Positive attitude with strong leadership and people skills
- Self-motivated and results-driven
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Basic computer and printer proficiency
- Comfortable working outdoors
- Able to stand for 7–9 hours and lift 25+ pounds
- Valid driver’s license
- 18+ years old
- Available to work weekends and holidays
- Able to pass a background check
