Legal & Development Intern – Entertainment / Film
Hemmy Production is seeking a Legal Research & Development Intern to support contract organization and entertainment-focused research as we prepare for formal counsel engagement, we also will need you to review some legal docs.
This is a remote position designed for a law student or pre-law student interested in entertainment law, film production, and media financing.
Immediate Needs:
- Organizing and reviewing draft agreements (writer agreements, representation agreements)
- Conducting clause comparison research (industry standards)
- Assisting with copyright filing preparation
- Document tracking and version control
- Identifying questions for future entertainment counsel review
Important:
This role supports internal organization and research. Formal legal advice and representation will be handled by retained entertainment counsel once engaged.
