Social Media Intern
Position Overview
CPR 2 GO LLC is seeking a motivated and creative Social Media Marketing Intern to support brand
growth, increase visibility, and generate qualified leads for CPR, First Aid, and compliance training
services. This is a flexible, remote opportunity ideal for a student or early-career marketer looking to
gain real-world experience while directly impacting business growth.
Primary Responsibilities
• Plan, create, and schedule social media content weekly
• Manage and post on Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Nextdoor
• Increase followers and engagement on Facebook and LinkedIn
• Encourage direct inquiries via Facebook Messenger and LinkedIn
• Create weekly LinkedIn engagement posts (polls, surveys, discussions)
• Track basic metrics including followers, engagement, and lead inquiries
• Collaborate with owner on messaging, promotions, and upcoming classes
Monthly Performance Goals
• Facebook: +10–20 new followers per month
• LinkedIn: +10–15 new followers per month
• Generate a minimum of 3 qualified leads per month from social media
• Convert at least 3 social media leads into paying clients
Time Commitment
• Approximately 3–5 hours per week
• Work may be completed in one weekly planning session with scheduled posts
Compensation
• Base pay: $15–$20 per hour, depending on experience
• Performance-based commission for leads that convert into paid services
• Commission structure to be discussed and agreed upon prior to start
Advertising Budget
• Optional monthly advertising budget of $50–$100
• Used to boost high-performing posts or promote services
• Budget adjusted based on results
Ideal Candidate• Currently enrolled student or recent graduate in marketing, communications, or related field
• Understanding of how social media can drive real business leads
• Comfortable working independently with clear goals
• Creative, organized, and results-focused
• Familiar with Meta Business Suite or willing to learn
