TITLE: Operations and Data Analyst

DUTIES: Analyze daily operational data, including shipping volumes, customer behavior, and sales trends. Design and maintain internal reports and dashboards using tools such as Excel, SQL, or similar. Identify inefficiencies in business processes and recommend improvements based on data insights.
Monitor logistics workflows to ensure timely and cost-effective package handling and fulfillment. Collaborate with store management to implement technology-based improvements. Assist in planning inventory, labor scheduling, and supply management using analytical tools. Maintain and support
digital systems, including Point-of-Sale (POS), customer databases, and file storage platforms. Support budget forecasting and operational reporting through data modeling. Ensure data accuracy, privacy, and integrity in all reporting and storage activities. Participate in team meetings to present findings
and provide data-driven suggestions.

REQUIREMENTS: Master's degree, or equivalent, in Information Systems, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field.

OTHER: Location: Overland Park, KS. Offered wage: $ 99382.00. Job may require some travel in the US with expenses paid by employer (less than 30% of the time.) 40hrs per week. Applicant must be authorized to work in the United States.
