Position Overview

Everlights is seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Entry-Level Project Manager to join our team. This role is designed for recent graduates who want to build a long-term career in construction, supply chain, operations, or project management.

You will work directly with senior leadership and experienced team members to coordinate commercial lighting and electrical material projects from procurement through completion.

This is not a sit-back-and-observe role — you will be given real responsibility and measurable impact from day one.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing commercial lighting and electrical material projects
• Review project specifications and documentation
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and manufacturers
• Track material orders, shipping schedules, and deliveries
• Monitor project budgets and timelines
• Solve supply chain challenges and communicate updates proactively
• Maintain organized project documentation and tracking systems
• Support sustainability and recycling initiatives when applicable

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (Business, Construction Management, Math, Pre-Law, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field preferred)
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• High attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Self-starter with a strong work ethic
• Competitive and goal-oriented mindset
• No prior lighting or electrical experience required. We provide training for the right candidate.
