Founding Marketing Lead
- Business, Marketing, Communications, or Media majors (but open to all — some of the best marketers come from unexpected backgrounds)
- Someone active on social media who understands how content spreads — bonus if they've grown an account, club, or brand before
- Interest in startups, finance, AI, or tech — you don't need to be an expert, just genuinely curious
- Strong writing skills — can turn complex ideas into simple, compelling messages
- Self-starter who's comfortable figuring things out without a playbook
- Comfortable with short-form video content (TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts) is a major plus
- No experience required — what matters is hunger, creativity, and wanting to build something real
Sanctum Institute is an AI-powered intelligence platform where students and professionals turn their real-world observations into scored, verifiable track records. Think of it as building a reputation based on what you notice — not just what's on your resume.
We're looking for a Founding Marketing Lead to own our brand, content, and growth strategy from day one. This is an equity-based role at the ground floor of a platform that's rethinking how talent gets discovered.
What you'd do:
- Own our social media presence (LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter/X)
- Create content that showcases the platform in action
- Help drive student adoption at GWU and beyond
- Shape the brand voice and messaging
- Work directly with the founder
This is unpaid with meaningful equity. If we raise funding, this becomes a paid leadership role. You'd be the first marketing hire — not an intern, a co-builder.
