What You’ll Do

Consult with clients to understand preferences, budgets, and scheduling needs

Research destinations, accommodations, transportation, and activities

Coordinate bookings and prepare detailed itineraries

Communicate with suppliers and partners to confirm arrangements

Assist with changes, updates, and client questions

Maintain organized records and documentation
