This role is perfect for someone who loves improving systems, ensuring accuracy in high‑volume finance environments, and partnering across teams to strengthen financial processes that ultimately support public health impact.

Position: Finance Operations Manager
Location: Atlanta, GA (Headquarters)
Salary Range: $98,945 – $118,900
Full-time | Strategic + Hands-on | Mission-driven

What You’ll Do
✔ Manage core finance operations (AP, AR, treasury, cash management)
✔ Serve as backup processor for payroll & treasury
✔ Maintain internal controls + support audits & close
✔ Improve processes, documentation, and system workflows
✔ Partner with internal teams & external vendors
✔ Support mission-driven public health initiatives through financial excellence

Ideal Candidates Have:
5+ years in finance operations (AP, AR, treasury, payroll)
Strong GAAP/internal control knowledge

Nonprofit or grant-funded experience (nice to have!)
