Job Title: Business Development Manager – AI & Digital Solutions

Job Summary

We are an AI-first digital transformation organization seeking a strategic and growth-oriented Business Development Manager to drive enterprise revenue and expand strategic partnerships. This role focuses on consultative solution selling across AI, data, cloud, and enterprise technology platforms while leveraging CRM systems for pipeline visibility and performance management.

Key Responsibilities

Drive new client acquisition and expand existing enterprise accounts.

Own the full sales lifecycle from opportunity identification to deal closure.

Identify and position AI-led transformation solutions aligned with client objectives.

Utilize CRM platforms to manage pipeline, forecasting, and revenue tracking.

Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to design tailored enterprise solutions.

Lead executive-level client discussions and strategic presentations.

Achieve defined revenue and growth targets.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Technology, Marketing, or related field.

Strong knowledge of CRM systems and enterprise sales methodologies.

Ability to understand AI, data, and digital transformation solutions.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making capabilities.
