Cascade (a16z Speedrun) uses AI to change how AEC firms compete, by helping them win more contracts and manage them in a better way. Last week, we helped an architecture firm find a $1M project they would have missed.
Our clients include firms behind the development of LaGuardia, JFK, and Penn Station expansions, plus several Ritz-Carlton and Four Seasons hotels worldwide.

Role Overview:
As Chief of Staff at Cascade, you’ll be the founder’s right-hand person, helping manage operations, leads, social media, and day-to-day execution. This role is all about flexibility, ownership, and getting things done.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations and ensure projects run smoothly.
- Respond to leads, emails, and client inquiries promptly.
- Oversee social media, content, and community engagement.
- Support the founders with fundraising
- Take ownership of ad hoc projects and anything that helps Cascade grow.
