Entry-Level Paralegal
The Entry-Level Paralegal will assist attorneys with case preparation, client communication, document management, and support in all aspects of litigation. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional interested in building a long-term career.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist attorney with all phases of litigation, including discovery responses, motion practice, and trial preparation.
- Draft and organize legal documents such as pleadings, discovery responses, subpoenas, and correspondence.
- Manage and organize case files
- Track deadlines and maintain litigation
- Communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel as directed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certificate preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Prior internship or legal office experience preferred but not required
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred but not required
