Keystone Concrete – Phoenix, AZ

Keystone Concrete is a growing commercial concrete contractor specializing in site concrete, paving, and curb machine work across the Valley. We are looking for a motivated Assistant Estimator to join our preconstruction team and grow into a Lead Estimator or Project Manager role.

This is a hands-on learning position — you will work directly with experienced estimators and operations to learn how real projects are won and built.

What You’ll Do

• Perform quantity takeoffs from civil and structural plans
• Organize drawings, specs, and addenda for bidding
• Assist in preparing bid proposals and scope sheets
• Solicit and track supplier and subcontractor quotes
• Maintain bid logs and deadlines
• Coordinate with field teams to understand production methods
• Help transition awarded projects to operations

Required

• Strong attention to detail
• Good computer skills (Excel required)
• Ability to read plans or willingness to learn quickly
• Self-motivated and accountable
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Preferred (Not Required)

• Construction or civil background
• Bluebeam or takeoff software experience
• Internship or field experience
