Summer 2026 Logistics and Operations Intern

We are seeking a curious, detail-oriented, and proactive intern to join our Logistics and Operations team. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with the Manager of Logistics/Ops and VP of Finance/Ops in a highly collaborative, creative, and fast-paced environment. You’ll gain firsthand experience in how logistics and operations contribute to the growth and success of a fashion brand.

This internship is unpaid so candidates must be able to receive academic credit.

GOALS

  • Learn how different departments collaborate with Logistics and Operations, supporting both daily functions and long-term initiatives
  • Develop an understanding of inbound and outbound supply chain processes, including vendor management and systems used
  • Gain insight into the company’s inventory management practices
  • Support key operational initiatives across E-Commerce, Retail Stores, and Wholesale channels

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

Order Fulfillment & Sales Support

  • Assist in reviewing and managing 3PL pick tickets across eCommerce, wholesale, and retail fulfillment channels.
  • Support in processing store fulfillment pick tickets for independent billing.
  • Review and assess accounting reports that track open sales orders to help ensure smooth Third Party Factor (3PF) shipping decisions.

Inventory Management & Inbound Coordination

  • Run and maintain seasonal inbound shipment reports, including Work-In-Progress (WIP) in-transit tracking and purchase order (PO) receiving.
  • Transmit receiving ASNs (Advance Shipping Notices), return authorizations (RAs), and product information to 3PL partners through the ERP system.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate seasonal inventory data by auditing inventory across all platforms to ensure consistency and integrity.

Shipping & Freight Analysis

  • Collect and organize freight billing data by carrier for team review, with the goal of assessing cost impacts and distribution trends in both eCommerce and wholesale.

Systems & Operational Support

  • Support the daily maintenance and data accuracy of operational systems including ERP, Shopify, and WMS platforms.

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
  • Strong sense of ownership, initiative, and accountability
  • Curious, analytical, and a creative problem solver
  • Collaborative and comfortable working cross-functionally
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
  • Available to work in person at our Union Square office at least 4 days per week
  • Rising Junior or Senior pursuing a degree in Business, Supply Chain, Retail Management, or a related field
  • Must be able to receive academic credit for the internship
