Customer Team Member

We are now seeking a new Customer Team Member to join our dynamic team! As a Customer Team Member with Regal Resolutions, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers– answering questions, resolving issues, and ensuring each customer feels valued and supported. Your responsibilities will include engaging directly with customers, answering all inquiries, assisting with all steps of the sales process, and following up to ensure long-term customer retention. You will learn key customer service, sales, and account management techniques from senior Account Representatives to help you be successful in this role.
 

Responsibilities of a Customer Team Member:

  • Respond to all customer service inquiries and resolve complaints via in-person visits or phone calls/emails as needed
  • Participate in the development and execution of direct sales presentations to highlight features and benefits of available products to the customer’s individual needs
  • Assist customers with analyzing available options, making recommendations, placing sales orders, and scheduling appointments
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products, services, and policies to be able to provide accurate and effective customer service and sales support
  • Maintain discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive customer information to ensure all legal privacy requirements are met

 

Qualifications of a Customer Team Member:

  • Previous experience in customer service or sales is a plus, but not required
  • Outgoing personality, able to converse with a wide range of people
  • Patient and empathetic individuals are able to resolve conflicts calmly and professionally
