District Congressional Intern

The Office of Representative Diana Harshbarger (TN-01) is seeking undergraduate students and recent graduates for their District Congressional Internship Program in the Summer 2026 term. This is an in-person, paid learning opportunity for candidates applying to the District Congressional Internship Program in Kingsport and Morristown, Tennessee.

This Internship Programs provides students an understanding of the core functions of a District Congressional Office, including coordinating constituent services and outreach and assisting staff with casework and administrative tasks. Ideal candidates should possess excellent written and oral communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a positive attitude.
