Business Development Representative (Partner-Focused)
 

Location: Philadelphia Area

Office: Phoenixville, PA (in-office with travel)

Reports to: CEO

Compensation: Base + Bonu
 

About the Role

We’re looking for a Business Development Representative (Partner-Focused) to help expand and strengthen Appluent’s partner ecosystem—primarily across Salesforce and Conga.
 

This is a launchpad role for someone early in their career who is hungry, curious, and ready to learn by doing. You’ll work directly with the CEO, gain exposure to real enterprise sales motions, and play a meaningful role in building partner relationships that drive revenue.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and maintain relationships with Salesforce Account Executives and Conga partners
  • Stay top of mind with partners through consistent outreach and follow-up
  • Coordinate and execute LinkedIn and email outreach to support pipeline growth
  • Help write and iterate partner-facing messaging and outreach campaigns
  • Own light HubSpot and Salesforce tasks related to outreach, tracking, and follow-up
  • Participate in monthly onsite visits to partner offices to strengthen relationships
  • Support warm introductions and ensure follow-through across active opportunities
  • Act as a connective tissue between partners and Appluent leadership

No prior expertise required—just a willingness to learn and engage.
