Business Development M&A Intern - Summer 2026 (In person - Scottsdale AZ)

Requirements:

·    Hard working, self-starting team player with an intense desire to learn the essentials of mergers and acquisitions

·    Keen interest in Investment Banking and IT/Software

·    Demonstrated strong financial interest and aptitude

·    Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, and preferably CRM tools

·    Experience and passion for research and sales type skills

·    Excellent writing and presentation skills

·    Start Date and End date to be discussed

·    90 day commitment minimum, IN PERSON at our Scottsdale office

Responsibilities Will Include:

·    Help to identify and develop relationships with new company contacts in IT Services and Software

·    Conduct outbound prospecting via email and cold calls 

·    Analysis of financial statements

·    Creation of power point presentations for pitches and client engagements

·    Assist and participate in buyside investment banking engagements

·    Learning Outcomes - an in depth and hands on experience of accounting, finance, investment banking, and the M&A process;

·    Interns will receive training on conducting industry research, sales, creating PowerPoint decks, researching and sourcing deals/clients, and much more
