Service Technician

Position Overview

We are hiring a full-time Service Technician / Pesticide Applicator. In this role you will run a daily service route, work directly with customers, and solve real problems for homeowners.

This is a strong fit for recent graduates or students finishing school who want a stable career, independence in their day-to-day work, and a path toward management within the company.

You will not sit behind a desk. Each day you will be out in the field interacting with customers, building relationships, and learning a skilled trade that is always in demand.

Responsibilities

• Run a daily service route resolving customer pest concerns
• Communicate directly with homeowners and answer questions
• Apply pest control treatments following state and federal regulations
• Mix and apply pesticides safely and responsibly
• Maintain accurate treatment records
• Maintain and care for equipment
• Monitor inventory and materials
• Advise customers on prevention and potential issues
• Keep management informed of route concerns

This role includes outdoor work and carrying a backpack sprayer (approximately 50 lbs).
