Why This Fellowship
The USINDO Professional Fellows Program places U.S. graduate students and recent graduate degree holders with leading Indonesia-based companies for hands-on, professional experience abroad. You’ll work on meaningful projects, gain international exposure, and build skills that stand out in today’s global job market.

This fellowship includes comprehensive in-country support, including housing, visa fees, health insurance, and local costs. The position does not offer a salary due to visa requirements; fellows are responsible only for international travel.

Eligibility

  • U.S. citizens
  • Currently enrolled in a graduate program, or recent graduates of a graduate degree program

 

Preferred Backgrounds
We welcome applicants from diverse disciplines, particularly those aligned with Indonesia’s high-growth and skills-gap sectors, including:

  • Business, Management, or related fields
  • Data Analytics, Information Technology, or Supply Chain Management
  • International Relations, Public Policy, or related social sciences
  • Environmental Studies, Ecology, Sustainability, or related fields
  • Communications, Media, and Journalism
