Credit Collections Specialist

Full Time Monday-Friday
Compensation: $60,000 - $65,000 annually

The Credit Collections Specialist plays a critical role in managing the financial health of our cash‐advance portfolio. The ideal candidate is detail‐oriented, assertive, and comfortable navigating fast‐paced, high‐volume lending operations.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls, emails, and written notices to resolve past‐due accounts.
• Negotiate payment arrangements, settlements, or revised terms when appropriate.
• Identify accounts requiring bank restraints based on delinquency status, risk indicators, or breach of contract.
• Prepare, submit, and track restraint requests to financial institutions and vendors in accordance with company policy guidelines.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in credit, collections, merchant cash advance, or related financial services.
• Strong understanding of credit analysis, ACH repayment structures, and collections best practices.
• Experience preparing and submitting bank restraints.
• Experience with UCC (Uniform Commercial Code) filings and liens.
