About the Job

As a Service Expert, you’ll be the face of Natura in the field—ensuring each client receives top-tier, timely service. You’ll work a steady route, solving pest concerns, and representing our values through every interaction.

• Deliver consistent, high-quality pest control services to residential and commercial clients.
• Adhere to daily route schedules with precision and professionalism.
• Act as a trusted advisor to customers—educating them and resolving their concerns with empathy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow daily routes and execute service appointments with accuracy and care.
• Identify pest activity and apply proper treatment while maintaining detailed service records.
• Communicate clearly and courteously with clients, leaving them reassured and informed.
• Maintain company standards of safety, appearance, and professionalism.

Must be able to pass a Drug Test (THC Friendly)

Must submit to a Background Check
