Judicial Law Clerk
Montgomery County Circuit Court seeks Judicial Law Clerk candidates for the FY27 term (Sept. 1, 2026 – Aug. 31, 2027). The Judicial Law Clerk is customarily a 1-year term with duties including, but not limited to:
- Conducting legal research and assisting in drafting opinions.
- Attending court proceedings.
- Assisting in preparation for upcoming court cases.
- Perform related tasks as required.
Juris Doctorate degree (LAW DEGREE) with demonstrable knowledge of laws, legal codes, court procedures, precedents, government regulations, executive orders, agency rules, and democratic political processes required.
