Technical Account Manager

Job Objective: MCC has extensive experience in the manufacturing and delivery of high-quality semiconductors products, including extensive marketing and sales network throughout the world: China, Americas, EMEA, APAC.
We are looking for a Technical Account Manager with experience in Semiconductor sales who is based in Southern California.

Responsibility

  • Manage day-to-day customer communication, including responding to inquiries, coordinating sample requests, and supporting ongoing program needs.
  • Prepare and deliver quotes, conduct pricing reviews, and assist in negotiations to ensure competitive and profitable offerings.
    Support contract and supply-agreement setup by gathering requirements, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring accurate commercial documentation.
  • Track customer orders, lead-times, and delivery status; work with operations to resolve fulfillment or scheduling issues.
  • Monitor customer demand trends and identify opportunities to grow account revenue through relevant MCC product offerings.
  • Maintain CRM updates, opportunity pipelines, and provide regular reporting to sales leadership.
  • Track and verify customer contract compliance, ensuring orders align with agreed pricing, terms, and volume commitments, and follow up on discrepancies as needed.

 

 Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in electronics or semiconductors.
  • Skills: Proficient in project and personnel management, as well as interdepartmental coordination skills; Market and customer communication skills.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficient in using office software; Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing; Familiar with the seven major QC techniques, five quality tools, 8D report, 5Why and other quality tools; Proficient in project management skills and certified as PMP.
  • Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.


 Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience: Previous internship or work experience as Technical Account Manager, particularly in the semiconductor or technology industry, is a plus.
  • Knowledge(Ideal): Familiar with the basic theoretical knowledge of semiconductor power devices (diodes, MOSFETs, etc.); Familiar with the specific market applications, parameter characteristics, and customer applications of corresponding power device products.
