the NCAA and NAIA recruiting process with transparency and insight.

We are seeking driven college athletes for our paid, eight week rotational internship

designed to provide real world business experience inside a fast growing, high impact

organization.

This is not busy work.

This is not shadowing.

You will contribute to real projects, collaborate with leadership, and see your work make a measurable difference.

College credit may be available depending on your university.

We hire a limited number of interns each summer.

This rotational structure provides a 360 degree view of how a national athlete ratings and

review platform operates while helping athletes make more informed recruiting

decisions.

Internship Details

Dates: June 1 to July 24, 2026

Compensation: $100 a week and/or college credit

Hours: Approximately 15 per week

Location: Fully remote via Slack, Google Drive, and Zoom

Projects may vary based on the college sports landscape and company initiatives during the

internship period.

What You Will Do

Editorial

• Pitch, write, and edit articles covering college athletics and recruiting

• Conduct outreach and secure interviews with current and former athletes, coaches, and

athletic staff

• Publish work that supports athletes navigating the recruiting journey

Outreach

• Help expand the 2aDays network and brand visibility

• Generate verified reviews that guide future recruits

Digital Marketing

• Produce social media content and blog graphics

• Assist in developing marketing campaigns

• Support growth across platform channels

Public Relations

• Conduct outreach to secure interviews and media features for 2aDays and CEO Keirsten Sires

• Create media kits

• Research media outlets, awards, and press opportunities

Sales

and social

• Research and reach out to potential customers to build a pipeline using outbound calls, email,

• Learn the full sales cycle and how to pitch 2aDays• Own a targeted outreach campaign to a specific customer segment, track results and iterate in

real time
