Position: Part-Time Dance Teacher
Fearless Motion Dance Center in Superior, CO is seeking versatile, driven, and hardworking dance educators who are serious about building a long-term career in dance.
We are looking for teachers experienced in jazz, ballet, tap, contemporary, hip hop, and acro who are confident working with dancers ages 3 through teens, from beginner to advanced levels. This is an opportunity for motivated professionals who believe in discipline, growth, and excellence in dance education.
This position includes teaching during Summer 2026 and the 2026–2027 Dance Season. We are building a team of committed educators who are eager to grow within a studio environment and contribute to a culture rooted in professionalism, high standards, and passion for the art form.
The ideal candidate is energetic, detail-oriented, and understands that teaching dance is not just a job, it is a profession.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Teach multiple styles to dancers ages 3 through teens at varying skill levels
- Plan, prepare, and deliver structured, progressive lesson plans
- Demonstrate and explain proper technique with clarity and precision
- Create age-appropriate choreography aligned with studio standards
- Maintain high expectations while fostering encouragement and confidence
- Build a classroom culture rooted in discipline, perseverance, respect, and joy
- Provide constructive corrections that promote growth and technical excellence
- Support students’ emotional development with professionalism and care
- Actively contribute to studio-wide initiatives, performances, and events
- Collaborate with colleagues to uphold the mission and standards of FMDC
- Work reflectively to meet studio goals, implement feedback, and continuously improve student outcomes

- Teaching interview (candidates may be asked to provide lesson plans)
Job Type: Part-Time
Pay: $20.00 – $40.00 per hour (based on experience)
