April Housing | Financial Planning & Analysis - FP&A Intern

 

This position at April Housing is part of their summer internship program and is a full-time, paid Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Intern within the Finance team, based in Los Angeles, CA (hybrid). It’s for students pursuing a Bachelor’s degree and lasts 10 weeks during Summer 2026. Interns will analyze financial and operational data to support asset managers, contribute to budgeting and forecasting processes, and assist with quarterly board-level reporting for senior leadership and Blackstone. This role provides hands-on experience in financial planning and performance analysis within an affordable housing real estate asset management organization and is ideal for students interested in finance, accounting, real estate, or asset management careers.
