April Housing | Accounting Intern

 

This position at April Housing is part of their summer internship program and is a full-time, paid Accounting Intern within the Accounting team, based in Los Angeles, CA (hybrid). It’s for students pursuing a Bachelor’s degree and lasts 10 weeks during Summer 2026. Interns will support the month-end close process, prepare journal entries and account reconciliations, and assist with internal controls and audit documentation to ensure GAAP-compliant financial reporting. This role provides hands-on experience in corporate and real estate accounting within an affordable housing asset management organization and is ideal for students interested in accounting, finance, real estate, or audit-related career paths.
