This position at April Housing is part of their summer internship program and is a full-time, paid Asset Management Intern within the Asset Management team, based in Los Angeles, CA (hybrid). It’s for students pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and lasts 10 weeks during the summer. Interns will analyze affordable housing portfolios, support financial and operational performance tracking, and assist with asset-level reporting, due diligence, and workflow improvements. This role provides hands-on experience in real estate asset management and operations within an affordable housing asset management organization and is ideal for students interested in real estate, finance, asset management, or housing-focused investment careers.
