April Housing | Investments Intern

This position at April Housing is part of their summer internship program and is a full-time, paid Investments Intern within the Investments team, based in Los Angeles, CA (hybrid). It’s for students pursuing a Bachelor’s degree and lasts 10 weeks during the summer. Interns will support underwriting and investment analysis for acquisitions, dispositions, and preservation transactions, prepare investment memorandums, and track deals through diligence and closing. This role provides hands-on experience in real estate investments and transaction analysis within an affordable housing asset management organization and is ideal for students interested in real estate investing, finance, acquisitions, or housing-focused capital markets careers.
