Roadway Engineer-in-Training

Our expertise lies in bridge, roadway, and traffic engineering; project management; public involvement; survey; right-of-way design; and operational analysis. We have office locations in Columbus and Cincinnati, Ohio, and Charleston, West Virginia.
Day in the Life: Join our team and make a tangible impact in our region! As a crucial member of our team, you will work on the production of roadway design plans for various transportation clients in the public and private sectors. Projects include preliminary and detailed roadway plans, maintenance of traffic schemes, roundabout designs, drainage improvements, and cost estimates. You will be working on projects from initial planning through construction allowing you to see your work come to fruition.

Qualifications:
▪ ABET-Accredited Civil Engineering degree
▪ EI Certification or ability to obtain certificate
▪ Previous experience working on a team
▪ Proficiency and/or experience in AutoCAD, OpenRoads Designer, or MicroStation software
▪ Previous experience working on a team
▪ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
▪ Ability to comfortably jump between concurrent tasks
Salary Range: $64,000-$85,000
