Summer 2026 – Reunion Weekend

Join us on campus as hundreds of alumni return to campus from the Class of 2025, to the Class of 1976 and prior - it is sure to be a memorable weekend for all. This position is a unique opportunity that gives current students the opportunity to meet and connect with alumni from all generations at Lafayette College, as we celebrate our Bicentennial. 

Roles and Responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming alumni and assisting during check-in
• Engaging and mingling with alumni throughout the weekend at events
• Assisting professional staff in managing events throughout the weekend (Organizing alumni for class photos, ushering alumni from one event to another, serving as campus tour guides, greeting alumni at events, etc.)
• Assisting in transporting supplies, decor, etc. from one event to another

On-campus housing will be provided for all students accepted for this role from Thursday, June 4 - Sunday, June 7. Meals will also be provided throughout the weekend, starting with Thursday dinner and ending with Sunday brunch. 

Students are encouraged to apply, regardless of whether they are able to work either the partial or full weekend. 

Hours: Approximately 24 for the four-day weekend event.

Compensation: $10/hour
