Role Description

 

  • Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns
  • Engage directly with customers to introduce products, explain value, and build relationships that lead to sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment and consistency across campaigns
  • Help analyze market trends and track the performance of marketing efforts
  • Participate in internal training programs designed to develop future leaders

What We’re Looking For:

 

  • No experience required
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • A proactive and self-motivated attitude
  • Entrepreneurial Mindset
  • A desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred, but not required
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and 18+ years of age

 

Qualifications

 

  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management
  • Knowledge of market research, lead generation, and competitive analysis
  • Strategic thinking skills coupled with problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to work in a team environment and engage effectively
