Responsibilities of an Entry-Level Account Manager:
As an Entry-Level Account Manager, you will be responsible for supporting business growth by managing customer accounts, driving new sales opportunities, and providing excellent service.
- Manage customer and business accounts by assisting with service activations, upgrades, billing, and account changes
- Support sales services by presenting AT&T promotions, bundled packages, and service options
- Build strong customer relationships through consistent communication and problem-solving
- Collaborate with teammates and leadership to achieve sales and business performance
- Track account activity, maintain accurate customer records, and monitor performance metrics
- Represent the telecommunications brand with professionalism, product knowledge, and customer-first service
- Participate in daily sales meetings and ongoing business development training
