Entry-Level Account Manager

We are seeking ambitious individuals to join our growing telecommunications team as an Entry-Level Account Manager. This position is designed for motivated candidates who want to gain hands-on experience in business, sales, customer service, and account management while building a career in one of the fastest-growing industries.

Responsibilities of an Entry-Level Account Manager:

As an Entry-Level Account Manager, you will be responsible for supporting business growth by managing customer accounts, driving new sales opportunities, and providing excellent service. 

  • Manage customer and business accounts by assisting with service activations, upgrades, billing, and account changes
  • Support sales services by presenting AT&T promotions, bundled packages, and service options
  • Build strong customer relationships through consistent communication and problem-solving
  • Collaborate with teammates and leadership to achieve sales and business performance 
  • Track account activity, maintain accurate customer records, and monitor performance metrics
  • Represent the telecommunications brand with professionalism, product knowledge, and customer-first service
  • Participate in daily sales meetings and ongoing business development training
