Office Assistant
Downtown Orlando law firm is seeking a Full Time Office Assistant. Duties include, but are not limited to: drop off and pick up mail from post office, sort and distribute; travel to and from bank for deposits; hand deliveries to clients, law firms, etc.; front desk duties; and oversee closing files and sending them to our offsite storage facility. Must have reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license and excellent driving record. Must be able to keep matters confidential. Have basic knowledge of office equipment, including computer and copiers. Possess interpersonal skills necessary to communicate and follow instruction of attorneys and staff. Must be able to organize and prioritize numerous tasks and complete them under time constraints.
