As an IT intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting the organization’s IT department. You’ll work closely with experienced professionals, gaining hands-on experience in various aspects of IT including hardware, software, network, and security. This role responds to the daily IT needs of all employees, performs project implementation of new technology, and maintains/upgrades existing infrastructure.  You will gain experience with desktop, mobile, VoIP phone and printer/MFP OS platforms.  This can include configuration, maintenance, testing, installation, troubleshooting, app integration, and cybersecurity responsibilities.  As an IT intern, you will learn to create technological solutions for organizational needs, and to prioritize issues based on effective time management and level of severity.

This position is part of the Liberty IT Support Team, which is responsible for all client/network system operations.  We are successful through understanding and embracing our customers' goals because we expect excellence and foster a culture of knowledge and performance within the team.
