Social Media and Marketing Specialist Focused in Real Estate
The Social Media & Digital Marketing Specialist for a residential real estate property management company will focus primarily on:
Knowledge of the real estate industry, especially residential property management, and/or a deep interest in learning about it
Social media execution & growth
Video editing and content production
Tracking engagement and marketing KPIs
Supporting Google Ads campaigns
Recommending and testing strategies to improve results
You will work directly with leadership and be expected to execute projects independently, meet deadlines, and proactively bring new ideas.
This role is performance-oriented. Success is measured by content consistency, engagement growth, lead activity, and strategic improvement over time.
