Country Life Kids Camp is hiring an energetic Assistant Athletic Program Coordinator to support our summer sports and fitness programming for campers ages 6–13. This role is perfect for candidates who love working outdoors, enjoy coaching, and want hands-on leadership experience in a fun, mission-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
Lead age-appropriate sports and fitness activities
Promote teamwork, sportsmanship, and positive character development
Support daily athletic programming and events
Mentor junior staff and serve as a positive role model
Maintain a safe, structured, and engaging outdoor environment

Qualifications
Must be 21 years or older
Must reside within 20 miles of Medina, OH
Experience in coaching, athletics, camps, or youth programs preferred
Ability to manage groups of children in active outdoor settings
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)

Position Details
- Seasonal summer position (June–August) with a flexible AM schedule
