The Role
We’re looking for a Content Operations + Social Media Intern who can help us stay consistent online and turn raw footage into engaging content across platforms.
This role is perfect for someone who loves content, is organized, and understands what performs on TikTok + Instagram.
Responsibilities
Assist on set and capture BTS of client shoots
Repurpose long-form footage into short-form content (Reels/TikTok/Shorts)
Edit content with strong pacing and hooks (CapCut or Premiere)
Write captions and assist with posting (IG + TikTok)
Help organize footage, content folders, and brand assets
Follow a weekly content calendar
Track what’s performing and help recommend what to repeat
Requirements
Comfortable editing short-form video (CapCut, Premiere, or similar)
Strong understanding of TikTok/IG trends and pacing
Reliable, organized, and able to meet deadlines
Strong communication and willingness to take feedback
Bonus (Not Required)
Experience with Canva
Basic knowledge of content strategy
Interest in videography or creative agency work
