Marketing Coordinator

Responsibilities
- Plan and run marketing campaigns to increase sales for building projects & materials
- Manage company website, social media accounts, and email marketing to entice new customers
- Create brochures, catalogs, project photos, and sales materials
- Organize trade shows, recruiting events and any other expositions
- Keep the company brand consistent across all advertising and materials
- Research competition standards and customer needs to find new sales opportunities
- Track marketing spending and measure what is/isn’t working
- Work with the sales manager to generate leads and support their sales efforts
- Take photos & videos of finished buildings for marketing purposes
- Write blog posts, newsletters, and how-to guides for customers
- Manage employee uniforms and branded apparel
- Track results and report on how marketing is performing quarterly/annually
Experience
Required:
- High School Diploma/GED equivalent
- strong reading/writing/math skills
- excellent communication skills
- moderate to expert level computer skills
- driver’s license
- comfortable with photography and basic graphics design
- self-starter and independent worker
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s Degree or 5 years of marketing type experience equivalent
- preferred roots in Southern Indiana for networking
- experience in digital marketing
- social media and website management
- knowledge of construction market is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
