Commission-Based Sales Representative

We are seeking a motivated, entrepreneurial Sales Representative to grow our flagship offer, a 30-day implementation program that automates operational bottlenecks for businesses.

This is a commission-based opportunity ideal for business, marketing, or entrepreneurship students, and for aspiring sales professionals seeking real-world B2B experience and uncapped earning potential.

You will be selling a high-value professional service that delivers measurable business impact. This is not a call center product.

What You’ll Be Selling

AI Efficiency Sprint™ ($7,500 fixed-fee engagement)

A 30-day implementation where Halyard automates one high-friction workflow inside a business (lead capture, intake, scheduling, CRM updates, etc.).

Your role is to identify businesses experiencing operational strain and guide them toward a qualified strategy call.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect small and midsize businesses (5–50 employees)
  • Conduct introductory sales conversations
  • Identify operational pain points
  • Present the AI Efficiency Sprint™ clearly and confidently
  • Schedule qualified prospects for strategy calls (or close directly)
  • Track outreach and manage your sales pipeline
  • Build and manage your own book of business

Compensation

This is a commission-only role with uncapped earning potential:

20% commission per closed deal

$7,500 engagement = $1,500 commission

No earnings cap

Paid upon client payment

Top performers may close 2–4 deals per month.

Sales experience is helpful but not required. Training, messaging framework, and structured talk tracks are provided.
