Bally Sports Group is seeking energetic Camp Counselors to coach and mentor young athletes at our Summer Sports Camps. Counselors lead instruction in a variety of sports including baseball, basketball, flag football, gymnastics/cheer, hockey, lacrosse, soccer, and volleyball.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals pursuing careers in sports, education, or youth development. We offer a flexible schedule, competitive pay, and a fun, rewarding work environment. Positions are based throughout the Greater Columbus area, and candidates should be locally available for summer employment.

Position Details

Summer camp season: June 1st – August 7th 

Off Dates June 29 - July 3rd

Camp hours: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM with extended hourly opportunities

Lead sports instruction and organized camp games (dodgeball, kickball, capture the flag, etc.)

Create a positive, safe, and engaging environment for campers

We’re Looking For Individuals Who Have

A passion for working with children

Outgoing, high-energy personalities

Strong communication skills

A background in athletics or sports instruction

Reliable transportation

Compensation & Benefits

$13-$16/hour
