We’re looking for a detail-oriented college student to help build and maintain our website using Odoo’s WYSIWYG Website module and to set up/expand our Odoo eCommerce catalog. This is a hands-on role where you’ll publish pages, organize navigation, configure the online store, and create product listings that look professional and convert.

You’ll work directly with our internal team and get clear priorities, examples, and feedback. If you enjoy building clean pages, organizing product data, and making online stores easier to shop, this role is a good fit.

What You’ll Do

Odoo Website (WYSIWYG)

Build and update web pages using Odoo’s drag-and-drop editor (sections, layouts, menus)

Create clean page structure (navigation, categories, landing pages, calls-to-action)

Ensure pages are consistent with brand look/feel (spacing, typography, images)

Odoo eCommerce Setup + Catalog

Configure eCommerce basics (shop structure, categories, product pages)

Create products in the Odoo eCommerce catalog (titles, descriptions, variants, attributes)

Upload and optimize product images (cropping, sizing, consistency)

Organize product data for usability (filters, options, upsells/cross-sells where relevant)

Quality + Optimization

Check mobile/desktop responsiveness

Basic SEO hygiene (page titles, meta descriptions, headings, alt text)

Maintain a simple changelog of what was updated and what’s next
