Associate Recruiter
Ratio Advisors is growing our team in New York. We are seeking someone who is team oriented and excited to work in an entrepreneurial environment. We are open to a variety of levels; previous executive search experience is not a requirement.
Overview:
Ratio Advisors is a boutique search firm that partners with private equity firms, hedge funds, and other alternative asset managers to build best in class teams. We launched in the spring of 2017 with a vision to serve as a thought partner to our clients on matters of talent strategy and recruiting, as well as to be trusted advisors to candidates on career development. We focus on investment professional recruiting at all levels from associate to partner. The market for talent is changing in our industry and we have set out to build Ratio as a holistic advisory firm with a unique approach.

We are an experienced team of 20, headquartered in New York with offices in San Francisco and Boston. Our team’s experience includes management consulting, investment banking, private equity and executive search. Teamwork defines our culture. We strive for honesty, transparency and integrity in how we interact with one another, our clients and our candidates. Qualifications:
- Strong academic credentials
- Work experience in financial services, management consulting or executive search
- Team player with a strong work ethic
- Ability to succeed in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership skills, ability to multi- task, excellent project management skills and attention to detail
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Search Execution: assisting and collaborating with the Ratio team on end-to-end search process requirements including collaborating closely with clients on hiring criteria, identifying and assessing candidates, maintaining ongoing communication and project management
- Talent Strategy: work closely with Ratio team and clients to develop a differentiated go-to- market strategy with target candidate pool. Partner with clients on matters of talent retention, team building and diversity initiatives
- Data Analysis: source and research target candidate pools, maintain and develop internal database systems and analyze market trends to inform our strategy and advise our clients and candidates
