Events Intern

About the Role:
We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Events Intern to support our team with the planning and execution of weddings, private events, and corporate functions. This internship is designed specifically for college students interested in event planning, hospitality, marketing, or business who want real, hands-on experience in a live venue environment.

This is a learning-focused, hands-on role — not just shadowing.

Responsibilities:

• Assist Event Coordinators with planning and preparation for weddings and events
  
   
• Support on-site event execution (timelines, guest flow, vendor coordination)
  
   
• Help with event setup and breakdown as needed
  
   
• Conduct venue tours for prospective clients
  
   
• Perform administrative support (updating event details, timelines, BEOs, client notes)
  
   
• Assist with client communication and internal coordination
  
   
• Support prep work prior to events (organizing supplies, staging materials, basic setup)
  
   

Learn full-cycle event operations from booking through event day
Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in college (hospitality, event management, marketing, communications, business, or related field preferred)
  
   
• Must live within 30 minutes of the venue
  
   
• Reliable transportation required
  
   
• Flexible schedule with availability for evenings and weekends
  
   
• Strong organizational and communication skills
  
   
• Professional demeanor and willingness to learn
  
   
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  
   
• Ability to lift up to 30–40 lbs
