We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Technical Representative to join our team and play a critical role in securing US-based remote job opportunities.
The Technical Representative will represent our organization in technical interviews for US-based job opportunities, working closely with our HR team. Once jobs are secured, they will be handed off to our development team for execution. This position offers a unique opportunity to focus on high-level technical discussions and interview processes without the need to engage in development work.

Responsibilities:

Conduct technical interviews on behalf of the company to secure US-based remote job opportunities.
Successfully represent the company’s technical expertise to clients during interviews.
Transition secured jobs to our development team for implementation.
Maintain availability for at least three hours per day to accommodate interview schedules.

Benefits:

Base Salary: $60 - $90 hourly.
Performance Incentive: Equity share as long as the job runs. This provides significant earning potential, with opportunities to earn up to $15,000 or more per month based on performance.
