Job Title: General Affairs Admin (Hourly Non Exempt)
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and promote a positive team environment while embodying the Core Values of Ecoplastic America.
- Provide administrative and clerical support for special projects and assignments as directed by management and the HR Generalist.
- Assist with company safety initiatives and support efforts to meet safety objectives.
- Support cross-functional collaboration with Production, HR, Finance, Legal, and Employee Relations teams through scheduling, documentation, and coordination.
- Assist in reviewing operational contracts by organizing documents, tracking terms, and preparing supporting materials.
- Provide administrative support for Office Services aimed at improving service levels and cost efficiency.
- Support supplier-related activities by gathering quotes, organizing contracts, maintaining records, and entering data into systems as instructed.
- Identify and report operational or administrative issues to the HR Generalist or management in a timely manner.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with internal and external stakeholders to support engagement and workflow.
- Assist in maintaining positive internal and external working relationships through consistent and reliable support.
- Support office operations by assisting with ordering furniture, equipment, and office supplies.
- Assist with procurement activities, including tracking orders, receiving items, and maintaining inventory records.
- Provide logistical and administrative support for company events, meetings, and employee activities.
