SAM Service and Applications Engineer
PVA TePla OKOS is hiring Full Time SAM Applications and Service Engineers.
SAM Applications and Service Engineers are vital members of our lab, service, and sales support team who perform in-depth analysis on electronic components and materials, report results in a variety of methods including written reports, demonstrate the capabilities of acoustic microscopes, conduct customer training, and service and troubleshoot the acoustic microscopes. The ideal candidate will have a desire to communicate technical information accurately and clearly, to work with new technologies and to interact with customers in solving problems.
For Full Time - Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: You will receive extensive training on the operation of our product line of Acoustic Microscopes and be immersed in a variety of applications in order to provide expert, timely analysis of customer products and to answer most, if not all, application and usage questions. Equipped with a wide breadth of technical and applications knowledge, you will begin to participate in system demonstrations, applications development, equipment installations, customer training, and support. Expect travel, opportunity for advancement and specialized training in a growing industry serving Fortune 1000 semiconductor companies.
Education and Experience Requirements a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Physics, Science or Engineering required (Physics preferred), 0-2 years’ experience in a related field.
Skills and Abilities - Must be able to communicate well on a technical level. Be proficient in computer skills including but not limited to Microsoft’s Word, Excel, and other basic computer programs

Positions available in Chandler, AZ, Albuquerque, NM, Hillsboro, OR, and Boise, ID. Initial training period in Santa Clara, CA, Manassas, VA, and Westhausen, Germany.
