Camp Young Judaea Sprout Lake is a pluralist Jewish overnight camp for rising 2nd–8th graders rooted in community, care, and connection. We are seeking a Camper Care Coordinator — a compassionate, clinically minded professional who is eager to support children’s emotional well-being while serving as a trusted mentor to both campers and staff.
This role is ideal for candidates pursuing or holding a degree in Social Work (MSW), Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology who want meaningful, real-world experience working with children and adolescents.

What You’ll Do
• Support campers (ages 7–13) through social, emotional, and behavioral challenges
• Partner with leadership to assess concerns and guide thoughtful responses
• Mentor counselors in supporting campers’ mental health needs
• Help develop behavior plans and monitor progress
• Document incidents with professionalism and care
• Serve as a calm, trusted presence within the camp community
