Farm Assistant Manager

Springmill, LLC. is a 7000 ac wild quail plantation that is Starting to Establish and produce division of the Plantation that will consist of Blueberries, Watermelons, Mixed Vegetables, Peppers, Potatoes, and other row produce. We will be building a new state of the art packing and cooling facility,

We are seeking a young motivated person to be our farm manager's second in command for all things that have to do with the farm.  

Experience is not necessary but preferred.

Must have a strong work ethic and willing to work long hours during certain times of the year.  

Equipment operation will be required for time to time.

Skills Needed- Labor Management (domestic and foreign), farming basics, inventory and logistics, food safety, some financial basics.
