Graduate Program, Field Marketing
As a Graduate in Field Marketing, you’ll help bring Red Bull’s global brand to life at the local level—supporting Field Marketing initiatives that reflect the culture, energy, and identity of each market. Reporting to the Field Marketing Manager, you will contribute to regional strategies and execution across sports and culture, helping deliver experiences rooted in hyper-local traditions, iconic landmarks, and communities (such as surf, skate, snow, hip-hop, dance, motorsports, etc.). Working closely with Sales and Marketing teams, you’ll support initiatives that strengthen local relevance, drive market impact, and build authentic connections with consumers. Through hands-on execution, cross-functional collaboration, and real-world brand building, this role is designed to develop the skills and field experience needed to progress into a Field Marketing Specialist role.
